What If... Cafe Harrisburg is located in a 1917 home with years of memories.
In the past, locals have stopped by Cutter's (previously R&B's) to enjoy a bite to eat and perhaps a nip. The friendly atmosphere and warm community feel is still the same, but with quite a few changes.
Recent renovations add to the atmosphere and Bring Your Own Bottle (B.Y.O.B.) has captured the hearts of our regulars who enjoy their choice of wine, beer and/or spirit! This comes at no additional charge to our special guests.
Local theatre goers stop before or after a show to enjoy a full course meal or a homemade dessert and cappucino.
